Rs.25,000/- and admittedly the complainant is a financial institution and hence, the present
matter is exclusively triable by the Evening Court. Accordingly, let the present case file be put
up before Ld. CMM, PHC, ND for appropriate orders on 22.07.2024.
Ahlmad is directed to send the complete record of the present case to the Ld.
CMM, PHC, ND atleast two days in advance and the AR of the complainant is directed to
