Present: Sh. Ashok Goel, Ld. counsel for the complainant along with Director of
complainant.
Ms. Ekta Rai, Ld. counsel for the accused no.2 and 4 along with both the
accused.
Sh. Shankar Chhabra, Ld. counsel for the accused no.3 along with accused
no.3.
Surety bonds on behalf of accused no.2 and 4 received, however these are not
properly filed and the FDR of surety Rakesh Kumar Jain is not on record. Last opportunity
is granted to file the same afresh during the course of the day, failing which adverse view
shall be taken on NDOH.
Ld. counsel for the accused no.3 has filed an application on the e-mail ID of
the court. Same be taken on record.
He is directed to supply a copy to the opposite counsel during the course of the
day. Reply, if any be furnished by the NDOH.
Ld. counsel for the accused no.2 and 4 submits that despite their best efforts,
accused could not arrange the funds and three months time is sought for. Same is objected to
by the complainant.
Accused persons are directed to pay 18 % interest on the delayed payment as
per clause 4 of the Mediation Settlement.
Put up for verification of payment and further proceedings on 15.10.2022.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
