Accused persons submits that due to financial difficultly, they could not make the payment in terms of Mediation settlement, however, undertakes to pay the entire settled amount within one month from today. Same is agreeable to the complainant. Separate statement of the party is affirming the terms of settlement with the undertaking given today are recorded and shall form part of the record. Put up for verification of payment and further proceedings on 20.07.2022. PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
