Memo of appearance on behalf of accused No.2 received on the e-mail
ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
Ld. counsels for the accused undertakes to file their vakalatnama during
the course of the day.
It is stated that accused No.2 and 3 are suffering from fever and no
information as such is available qua accused no.4 . Upon oral request, exemption is
given for accused No. 2, 3 and 4 for today only., however, they shall strictly appear on
the next date of hearing.
Accused No.2, 3 and 4 are directed to furnish personal bonds and surety
bonds in sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each.
Sureties to appear on the next date of hearing.
Ld. counsels for the accused submits that they are yet to receive
instructions regarding scope of settlement.
Ld. counsel for the accused No.2 and 4 submits that he shall seek
instructions if he has to appear on behalf of accused No.1 also.
Matter stands adjourned in the absence of accused.
