The Ahlmad submits that the matters were fixed for today, however the stenographer
had inadvertently mentioned the incorrect date . Stenographer is directed to be careful in
future.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that he has filed the comprehensive table
showing the number of accused in each connected matter and also submits that there is no
requirement for filing the amended memo of parties.
Heard.
Perusal of the comprehensive table filed shows that the number ofaccusedare stated to be 4
in number whereas the order dated 25.03.2023 reflects that only 3 accused were summoned and
accused no.4 was dropped.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to furnish the comprhensive table again
reflecting the number of accused in each matter alongwith the amended memo of parties.
Put up for compliance/ further proceedings on 26.03.2026.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
