no.5.
This is a consolidated order in all the above captioned matters.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has placed the order of Hon’ble NCLT,
Hyderabad Bench on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record. He further
submits that as there are many connected matters and also some matters have been
transferred from different courts to this court, there is some confusion with respect to the
accused in different matters. He requests for some sometime to file a comprehensive table
showing different matters listed in this court and the number of accused in each matter
respectivelly.
He is also directed to file the amended memo of parties in each connected
matters.
Put up for compliance and further proceedings on 16.08.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
