noted that adjournments have already been taken by the accused in the past and Rs.1000/- cost is still unpaid
to the complainant.
The adjournment is allowed for today subject to a cost of Rs.2000/- to be paid to the complainant by
the NDOH .
Last and final opportunity is granted to the accused to cross examine the complainant
failing which the right shall be closed on the NDOH.
Both the parties are strictly directed to appear in person on next date of hearing
failing which an adverse view shall be taken.
