Ld. counsel for the accused no 2 submits that previous cost not paid to the
complainant . Same be paid forthwith .
AR for the complainant submits that his counsel is not available today and requests
for an adjournment.
Ld. counsel for the accused no.2 submits that the quashing petition pending in
Hogh Court is reserved for orders and requests that matter be adjourned for the day.
In view of the submission made the matter stands adjourned.
Via notification no. 2305-2325-CJM-PHC-NDD dated 18.06.2025 this court has
been assigned Friday and Saturday for the physical conduct of the evidence at the PHC
complex , ND.
Both the parties are strictly directed to appear in person on next date of hearing
failing which an adverse view shall be taken.
Put up for further proceedings /CE on 30.01.2026.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
