Ld. counsel for the accused has filed an exemption application on behalf of
accused along with medical reports. Same be taken on record.
For the reason mentioned therein, application is allowed and exemption is
granted for today only.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has filed fresh evidence affidavit on the e-mail
ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
Ld. counsel for the accused confirms receiving of the same. Ld. counsel for
the accused further requests for an adjournment as he is stated to be unable to conduct cross
in the absence of accused. Not objected to by the opposite side.
In view of same adjournment is granted for today only.
