There is pendency of more than 42,000 cases in the present court, therefore, it is not
possible to give shorter date in the cases.
Present : AR of the complainant in person.
Ms. Soumya Mathur, proxy counsel for accused.
Accused is present through VC.
Matter is listed for report on settlement/ CE.
Matter could not be settled in the mediation center.
Today, accommodation has been sought at the
instance of main counsel for the accused.
It was clarified on the LDOH that if the matter is
unsettled, both the parties were to enter appearance for
conducting evidence.
AR has entered appearance for conducting further
evidence.
In the interest of justice, the adjournment is allowed
for today only at the instance of accused by way of last and final
opportunity, failing which right shall stand closed.
Now to come up for further CE by way of last and
final opportunity to the accused on 19.11.26 at 12:30pm.
Date is given at the joint request of both the parties.
