Ld. counsel submits that inadvertently, PF was not filed and requests for one more
opportunity. Heard and granted by way of last opportunity. Let cost of Rs.500/- be imposed
on the complainant to be paid to the DLSA, PHC, NDD. Receipt of the same be filed on the
e-mail ID of the court.
perusal of the record shows that PF was not filed even on an earlier occasion.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that inadvertently dasti summons could not
be collected and request for one more opportunity to collect the same and file the delivery
report by the NDOH. Heard and allowed subject to last and final opportunity.
Fresh summons be issued in terms of the last order through all modes upon filing
of PF within 07 days. Complainant is directed to get the service of the summons done at his
end also through all permissible modes. Dasti summons allowed.
In case steps are not taken matter shall be dismissed on NDOH.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on 21.07.2026.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
