Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Fresh vakalatnama received on behalf of the accused. Same be taken on
record.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.80,000/- each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to
bail subject to furnishing of personal bonds during the course of the day.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy
of complaint and annexed documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful within two
days time.
Upon asking about the scope of settlement, the accused outrightly denied
to the same. The court is willing to frame notice u/s 251 Cr.PC, today at 2.00 p.m.,
however, the Ld. counsel for the accused as well as the accused expressed their
unavailability.
Put up for framing of notice and further proceedings 20.12.2021 at 2.00
p.m. Date is given at the convenience of both the parties.
At this stage, personal bonds received on the e-mail ID of the court.
Same be taken on record.
