Present: Mr. Arun Kumar Verma, Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
None for the accused.
As per the report, summons could not be served for the reason ‘Phone
number is not in use and no e-mail ID provided’.
Ld. counsel submits that he has served the accused through whatsapp and
he has sent the relevant records on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf
of the accused.
It is apparent that despite having knowledge of the summons, the accused
is deliberately avoiding his appearance before this court, therefore, issue BWs against
the accused in sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount on filing of PF
within 07 days from today. The process be executed through SHO concerned.
Put up for report/ appearance of accused and further proceedings on
08.12.2021.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per
rules.
