Sh. Jagdish Vats along with Sh. Jagpravesh Sharma, Ld. Counsels for
accused along with accused.
The Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that as per the order passed by
the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in OMP(I)(COMM)412 of 2023, order dated
21.03.2023 there is a direction to both the parties not to pursue any criminal
proceedings.
The Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that there is no stay granted by
the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in the present matter and that the above contention
has been raised by the accused on previous dates as well. The Ld. Counsel further
submitted that the above contention has been rejected by the present court on the
previous date.
The Ld. Counsel for accused submits that the NDOH in the Hon’ble
High Court of Delhi is 31.01.2025 and they will clarify whether there is any stay or
not on the same day.
Accordingly, put up for purpose fixed/further proceedings on
27.02.2025.
