Ld. proxy counsel for the accused submits that the main counsel is held
up in High Court and requests for an adjournment. It is noted that vakalatnama and
bail bonds on behalf of the accused no.3 has still not been filed. Further, accused has
not filed the affidavit as per the directions on the last date of hearing. No reason is
forthcoming for the non-compliance.
Main counsel for the accused is directed to appear and answer the same.
