Present: Mr. Nishant Singh, Ld. Counsel for the complainant.
Mr. Zeeshan, Ld. counsel for the accused.
Ld. counsel for the accused has filed death certificate of accused No.4
Vijay Kumar, vakalatnama on behalf of accused No.2 and personal bonds and surety
bonds on behalf of accused No.2 and 5 on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on
record.
He has further filed medical report of accused No.3 who is stated to have
suffered a head injury.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that due to the ill health of the
accused No.3, he could not file vakalatnama and bail bonds on his behalf. Further,
accused No.1 partnership firm has to be reconstituted and he undertakes to file
vakalatnama and Authority Letter in favour of AR of accused No.1 by the NDOH.
He further undertakes to file memo of appearance and personal bonds on
behalf of the accused No.3 during the course of the day.
In view of the death certificate, the proceedings against accused No.4
Late Vijay Kumar stands abated.
It is jointly submitted that the next date before the mediation is
14.12.2021 and request is made to fix a date thereafter.

Put up for report on settlement and further proceedings on 01.02.2022.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per
rules.
