Statement of accused no 1 and 5 recorded U/s 313 Cr.P.C r/w section 281 Cr.P.C.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he has f iled an application U/s 315
Cr.P.C on behalf of accused no.2 and 5 on the email ID of the court. Same be taken on
record.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that he has no objection if the same is
allowed. In view of the same the application U/s 315 Cr.P.C stands allowed.
List of witnesses/documents ifany be filed within 10 days from today with an
advance copy to opposite side.
Both parties are strictly directed to appear on next date of hearing failing which an
adverse view shall be taken.
