Present: Ms. Saivi Kumari, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Zeesham Hashmi, Ld. counsel for the accused.
Matter is fixed for CE.
Ld. counsel for the accused has filed an exemption application along with
medical reports on behalf of accused no.2 on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on
record. For the reason mentioned therein, exemption is granted for today only. He further
submits that he is not in a position to cross examine the complainant in the absence of the
said accused and requests for an adjournment. Objected to by the opposite counsel.
At request, adjournment is granted for today only subject to cost of Rs.1,000/-
to be paid to the complainant.
It is to be noted that last and final opportunity is granted to the accused to
cross examine the complainant on the NDOH, failing which right shall be closed.
Put up for purpose fixed on 07.03.2024 at 2 PM.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
