Accordingly, issue fresh bailable warrants against the accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/-
with one surety of like amount through SHO concerned, on filing of PF by the complainant within 7 days,
returnable for the NDOH.
The concerned SHO is directed to effect the service of the warrants positively by atleast
making 3 attempts for executing the same.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned SHO through Naib Court Concerned.
Renotify for report on BWs/appearance of accused/framing of notice/further orders on
03.09.2024.
