AR of complainant in person.
Ld. Counsel for complainant has filed an application
for substitution of AR along with board resolution with respect to
the proposed AR of the complainant company. Same are taken on
record.
Heard and allowed. Let the AR Sh.Madhu Bhatnagar
be substituted in place of previous AR.
Ld. Counsel for complainant seek sometime to file
the evidence by way of affidavit of new AR. Let the same be
filed on NDOH.
E-filing history has not been filed, let the same be
filed on NDOH.
In the meanwhile, let court notice be issued to the
banker of the accused on filing of PF with direction to bring the
account opening form and the KYC document of the drawer of
the cheque on NDOH. Bank witness is also directed to bring his
authority letter to depose as a witness in the present case.
Put up on 17.08.2024.
PF be filed within 30 days. Complainant is directed
to mention the complete details of the bank witness alongwith PF
form.
