Present: Sh. Parthiv J. Mehta, Ld. counsel for the complainant along with AR.
An application for substitution of AR and fresh Board Resolution received on
the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
For the reasons mentioned therein, application is allowed.
AR stands substituted. Original documents, if any, in favour of former AR, be
returned as per rules.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has also sent an application for withdrawal of
the present matter. Same be taken on record.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that the matter has been compromised
amicably between the parties and the complainant does not wish to proceed with the matter
against the accused and the complainant has received the full and final payment towards the
present case. The same has been confirmed by the AR of the complainant. Ld. counsel as
well as the AR requests that the present complaint be disposed off accordingly.
Separate statement of Sh. Amit Bedi AR of the complainant has been recorded
and sent to Him through e-mail. The statement is required to be signed by him and to be
scanned and sent back to the Court through e-mail. Duly signed and scanned statement of
the AR of the complainant has been received back through e-mail. Statement has been
digitally signed by the undersigned and the same would form part of the digital file.
In view of the statement of the AR of the complainant, the present complaint
case is disposed off as withdrawn. The accused is hereby acquitted. Bail bonds/surety bonds,
if any, stands discharged. Original documents, if any, be returned as per rules.
File be consigned to record room after compliance of due formalities.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
