An affidavit has been filed on behalf of the complainant along
with an authority letter. Same is taken on record. It is stated in the affidavit
that she has been authorized by the complainant to make statement before the
Court and complainant is satisfied with the investigation conducted by the
police and have no objection, if the present untrace report is accepted by the
Court. Complainant does not want to file any protest petition. Statement to
this effect has been recorded separately.
