None for the accused.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that he has filed the amended memo of
parties (due to the change of the address of accused no.1 to 4 due to the Gujarat address) on the
email ID of the court . Same be taken on record.
BWs against accused no 2, 3 and 4 at the Gujarat address received back unexecuted with the
report “ the company is closed and no such person”.
Matter has been taken up twice, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the accused.
Complainant is directed to file an alternate address/ physically verify the existing address and
file an appropriate affidavit in that regard within 15 days.
Fresh BW be issued against accused no. 2, 3 and 4 upon filing of PF within 7 days
and the same be now executed through DCP concerned.
Ahlmad is directed to mention the phone number of accused on the warrants.
Copy of this ordersheet be sent to DCP concerned for necessary action.
Put up for report/appearance of accused and further proceedings on 09.05.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
