Present: Sh. Vikrant Deshwal, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Arun Malhotra, Brother of accused.
Matter is fixed for appearance of accused.
Brother of accused submits that accused is indisposed, hence could not appear.
At oral request, exemption is granted for today only, however no exemption shall be granted
on NDOH. He further submits that on account of a personal difficulty, his counsel could not
appear.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of
Rs.80,000/- each. Surety to appear on the NDOH.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused is admitted to bail
subject to furnishing of personal bonds.
At this stage, brother of accused has sent a copy of order of Hon’ble High
Court dated 21.08.2023 on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
In view of the said order, put up for compliance, exploring the possibility of
settlment and further proceedings on 19.12.2023.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
