multiple opportunities having been granted to the complainant in the present
matter, no witness was examined on behalf of the complainant.
Accordingly, no incriminating evidence has been brought on record
against the proposed accused persons. The complainant has failed to satisfy the
minimum threshold of establishing a prima facie case against the proposed
accused persons.
Thus, no
prima facie offence can be said to have been made out
against the proposed accused persons.
This being the legal and factual position, the present complaint is
dismisses u/s 203 CrPC.
