Present: Sh. Ajay, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Pankaj Jain, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused and surety.
Bail bonds received on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
Sh. Manish Vashisht has stood as surety for the accused. Surety documents
perused and accepted.
Matter is fixed for cross examination of complainant.
Ld. counsel for the complainant submits that he is newly engaged and he has
filed his vakalatnama on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record. He further
submits that complainant is in Bihar and since, he is newly engaged, he was not aware about
the requirement of physical presence of complainant for cross examination. He requests for
an adjournment. Not objected to by the opposite side.
It is noted that even on the LDOH, adjournment was sought by the
complainant. In the interest of justice, adjournment is granted for today only, however no
leniency shall be shown on NDOH.
Put up for purpose fixed on 06.07.2023 at 2 PM.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
