Present: Sh. Arun Kumar, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Chetan Pal, Ld. Proxy counsel for the accused.
Matter is fixed for cross-examination of complainant.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has filed an exemption application on behalf
of complainant on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
It is stated that due to a bereavment in his family, he cannot appear today.
Ld. Proxy counsel for the accused also submits that there is a bereavement in
the family of the accused due to which he is not in a position to appear. Further, due to some
personal difficulty the main counsel is not available.
At request, exemption is granted for today only.
It is to be noted that adjournment shall not be given on the NDOH.
It is noted that accused has still not furnished the bail bonds. In the interest of
justice, last and final opportunity is granted to do the needful, failing which adverse view
shall be taken on the NDOH.
Put up for purpose fixed on 05.01.2022 at 2 PM.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
