Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he is newly engaged in the present matter and undertakes to
file his vakalatnama during the course of the day.
Ld. counsel for the accused has filed an exemption application on behalf of accused on the e-mail ID
of the court. Same be taken on record. For the reason mentioned therein, exemption is granted for today only.
Accused is directed to file personal bonds and surety bonds in sum of Rs.40,000/- each. Surety to
appear on the NDOH.
Accused is strictly directed to appear on next date of hearing failing which an adverse view shall be
taken.
Ld. counsel for the accused further submits that he has not received copy of complaint and annexed
documents.
Ld. counsel for the complainant is directed to do the needful forthwith on the following details :
