Complainant as well as the counsel are directed to upload
the scanned complaint along-with affidavit and annexures (scanned
copies of the originals) and send to the official Email ID of this Court.
Complainant is further directed to hand over the original record
complete in every respect to the reader shortly prior to the NDOH
along with the mandatory affidavit of non- filing of the complaint
elsewhere in terms of the ruling of Hon’ble Apex court in Damodar S.
Prabhu Vs. Sayed Babalal H [2010 (5) SCC 663]. The originals be
also sent in soft copy (scanned in PDF form) to the Official Email ID
of this Court.
Reader is directed to check and give a confirmation report
upon receipt of records as per the SOP issued by the Hon'ble High
Court of Delhi for the functioning of the digital courts. Reader to do
the necessary qua the uploading onto the Layers App.
