Let summons be issued to the Directors of the
complainant company on its registered address at A-44/45, DLF
IT Park, Tower C, Ground Floor, Sector 92, Noida-201301, UP to
appear in person on 16.04.2022.

through VC.
Ld. counsel for complainant submits that one
Sh.Sanjay Thakur, who is working as Manager in the
complainant company is present with him on VC. However, he
did not appear in person before this court because he was nervous
to do so. Further, he submits that AR of the complainant
company could not appear before this court since he has to travel
from Kolkatta.
Th court is facing connectivity issues and is unable
to hear the entire submissions of ld. counsel for the complainant.
Let the matter be recalled at 12Noon.

Present : Sh. Deepak Khosla, ld. counsel for complainant
through VC.
This court is unable to hear the counsel who is
connected by way of VC. Efforts have also been made using the
personal device of staff.
Accordingly, matter is adjourned to 16.04.2022.
In the meanwhile, complainant is directed to file
reply, if any, to the show cause notice issued vide order dated
03.03.2022.
Further, AR of the complainant company is directed
to furnish his complete correct address before the NDOH and
appear in person physically before this court failing which
serious view will be taken.
Now to come up for further proceedings on
16.04.2022.
