Present: Sh. Nakul Singh, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. Gaurav Dikshit, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
Matter is fixed for cross examination of complainant at 2 PM.
Ld. counsel for the complainant has filed an application for filing additional
documents on the e-mail ID of the court. Same be taken on record.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that he has recieved the application last
night only and requests for one opportunity to file a reply before proceeding with the cross-
examination. Heard and granted by way of one opportunity.
Despite undertaking on the last date of effective hearing, Ld. counsel for the
complainant has failed to furnish his written submissions.
Ld. counsel for the complainant sumits that he has filed the same on the e-mail
ID of the court, however it has not been received. He is given last and final opportunity to
file the same within 3 days, failing which order on application u/s 143A NI Act shall be
pronounced in the absence of his written submissions.
Put up for arguments on the application for filing additional documents and
order on application u/s 143A NI Act on 05.01.2023.
The matter be then fixed for cross-examination of complainant on 09.03.2023
at 2 PM. Dates are given at the convenience of both the parties.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
