Lohia, Ld. Counsel for complainant. Sh. K. Adhikary, Ld. Counsel for oroposed accused. It is submitted on behalf of proposed accused by Ld. Counsel that the summons have never been issued to the proposed accused in the present matter, howerver, the police approached the proposed accused for execution of bailable warrants. In view of submission made and perusal of the last ordersheets it is clarified that no summons and bailable warrants are issued against the proposed accused namely Mr. Buddhadev Das and the same should not be executed against the proposed accused at any cost. It is further directed that the Ahlmad should be careful and the bailable warrants if issued against the proposed accused should be cancelled. In view of the same, let fresh bailable warrants be issued againt the bank witness in terms of last order on filing of PF by the complainant within 7 days, returnable for the NDOH. Put up for reports on bailable warrants/appearance of bank witness/ further orders on 27.03.2024. PA is directed to upload the orders as per rules.
