extreme urgency qua aforementioned documents and has prayed that
the instant matter be taken up again. Matter is hereby taken up again
and ATR is taken on record.
On enquiry, EO submits that he could not appear in
Court when the matter was taken up as the instant matter was not
being reflected in today's cause list.
At this stage, Reader of this Court has informed that
instant matter is duly reflected in today's cause list.
EO has now submitted that he was in PS and was not
feeling well. Submissions of EO do not inspire confidence.
Considering the extreme urgency shown by EO, it
remains unexplained as to why was EO not present in Court when the
matter was taken up for hearing and complainant was present in
Court. No satisfactory response has been furnished by EO in this
regard.
The aspects raised by EO could have been easily
addressed today in the presence of complainant. Prayer raised by EO
that matter be taken up again and the complainant in her absence is
unwarranted and has led to wastage of precious judicial time. On
account of aforementioned, a cost of Rs. 100/- is imposed on EO.
Copy of this order be sent to DCP concerned to deduct the
aforementioned cost from the salary of EO and deposit the same in
Court on NDOH.
Put up on date already fixed i.e. 03.06.2026.
