Matter has been called twice. However, no one has appeared on behalf of the complainant .
It is to be noted that bail bonds has not been furnished as yet . Let cost of Rs.1000/- be imposed on
the accused to be paid to the DLSA, PHC, NDD. Receipt of the same be filed on the e-mail ID of the court.
Accused is strictly directed to appear in person on next date of hearing failing which an adverse view
shall be taken.
Complainant is also strictly directed to appear on next date of hearing and pursue his matter failing
which an adverse view shall be taken. He is also directed to furnish the copy of complaint to the opposite
side.
Put up for furnishing of bail bond / framing of notice on 01.07.2025.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
