An application for waiver of cost imposed vide order
dated 22.03.2022 has been moved by Ld. counsel for the
accused. Ld. counsel for the complainant has no objection to the
said application.
In view of the submissions made, same stands
waived.
Complainant submits that the matter has been settled
with the accused. He further submits that the accused has already
tendered her written unconditional apology to the complainant
vide MOU dated 08.02.2022. He therefore wishes to compound
the present case.
In view of the submissions made, the present matter
stands compounded. Accused stands acquitted. Bail bonds stands
cancellation. Surety is discharged.
Original documents, if any, be returned to the
rightful claimant.
Since nothing else survives in the present case, file
be consigned to the record room.
