Present: Sh. Amit Yadav, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
None for accused.
NBWs received back unexecuted. The report says that, ‘husband of the
accused informed that accused is out of station’.
The report is perused. It is apparent that the accused is evading her arrest and
due execution of warrants. In view of above, process U/S 82 Cr. P.C. be issued against the
accused on filing of PF within 07 working days:
1. By reading the proclamation in conspicuous place of town.
2. By way of affixation in conspicuous part of the house.
3. By way of affixation in some conspicuous part of the court.
The process be directed to be executed at least 30 days before the NDOH fixed
in the matter and concerned Process Server be directed to appear on NDOH for recording of
his statement in that regard.
Let court notice be issued to him to appear before this court on NDOH.
Put up for further proceedings on 27.09.2023.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
