Order Details: COPY OF ORDER Pdf Text: CC No. 725/21, 726/21 and 735/21 21.01.2021 Proceedings conducted through video conferencing via Cisco Webex. Fresh case file received by way of assignment. Case has been checked and registered by the Reader-cum-Ahlmad of this Court. File has been put up before me during post lunch session today by the Reader-cum-Ahlmad. Present: None. It is intimated by Reader-cum-Ahlmad that she tried to contact the counsel for complainant on mobile number(s) provided in the records, however, ld. counsel could not be contacted. Complainant as well as the counsel are directed to handover the original complaint attached with affidavit of complainant alongwith original documents pertaining to the case as mentioned in the list of documents attached with the present complaint to the Reader-cum-Ahlmad of this Court which is the prior condition for taking cognizance in the present case as per SOPs relating to functioning of Digital Courts. Complainant/counsel is also directed to ensure that the scanned copies of original complaint and documents are uploaded and not the photocopies prior handing over the original file to the Reader-cum-Ahlmad of this Court. Since it is the first date of hearing and the counsel for complainant could not be contacted for apprising the hearing via CISCO Webex, therefore, matter be put up for consideration/scrutiny of documents on 16.02.2021 at 10:00 am.
