Present: Sh.Chetan Yadav, ld. Proxy Counsel for the complainant.
Perusal of the record shows that the complainant was not appearing before this
Court and on last date of hearing, last and final opportunity was given to the complainant to
appear.
Neither the main counsel nor the AR for the complainant company has appeared
and the proxy counsel seems to be unaware of the facts of the case. Complainant is burdoned
with cost of Rs.1500/- to be paid to the DLSA.
List the matter on 12.12.2024 for appearance of complainant and further
proceedings.
It is hereby clarified that no further adjournment shall be given in the present
matter.
At second call,
Sh.Vikas Sharma, ld. Counsel for the complainant has appeared and submits that
he was busy in another court and prayer is made to waive off the cost. In view of his prayer,
cost stands waived off. List the matter on 12.12.2024, on date already given.
