Present: None.
No adverse order is passed today for non-appearance of complainant.
Granted last and final opportunity to appear and prosecute the matter diligently,
failing which the complaint will be dismissed for non prosecution.
Put up for appearance of complainant/accused on 06.11.2025.
Later on Sh. Chetan Yadav along with AR has appeared and filed copy of
tracking report. As per the tracking report, summons were delivered on 12.04.2024.
Accused is absent despite service of summons.
Accordingly, issue fresh bailable warrants against the accused in the sum
of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of like amount through SHO concerned, on filing of
PF by the complainant within 7 days, returnable for the NDOH.
The concerned SHO is directed to effect the service of the warrants
positively by atleast making 3 attempts for executing the same.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned SHO through Naib Court
Concerned.
Renotify for report on BWs/appearance of accused/framing of
notice/further orders on 06.11.2025.
PA is directed to upload the orders as per rules.
