Present: Sh. Mridul Shukla, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that he has moved an application
seeking change of the name of the complainant company from SOMANY HOME
INNOVATION LTD to HINDWARE HOME INNOVATION LTD. He further
submits that he has placed on record the certificate of incorporation pursuant to
change of name of the complainant company along with amended memo of parties.
Same is taken on record.
Heard. Application perused.
The MCA record dated 23.05.2022 clearly shows that the name of the
complainant company is changed from SOMANY HOME INNOVATION LTD to
HINDWARE HOME INNOVATION LTD and accordingly, the same is allowed to be
changed.
Necessary changes be made in the title of the complaint.
Application disposed off accordingly.
The Reader of this court is directed to upload the above said appliacation
on LAYERS as per rules.
Ld. Counsel for complainant is directed to file fresh authority letter of
the AR of the company along with fresh pre summoning evidence by way of affidavit
on the NDOH.
