Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he will file the vakalatnama on
behalf of accused on the email id of this court during the course of the day.
Same be so checked and verified.
Offence being bailable in nature accused is admitted to Court bail,
subject to furnishing bail bond/ surety bond in sum of Rs 10,000/- with one surety of
like amount. It is submitted that no sound surety is available today. Personal bonds
along with proper bonds be furnished on the NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he has not received the copy of the
complaint along with other supporting documents.
Same be supplied to the counsel of the accused on the email id/Mobile
