Ld. counsel for the accused no.2 has entered appearance and submits that the
accused shall appear physically before the court on the NDOH.

Ld. Counsel for the accused submits that the accused has not received the
copy of complaint or any other documents.
In view of the same, Ld. Counsel for the complainant is directed to furnish
copy of the complaint and documents annexed therewith on the mobile number
7838487768 of the counsel for accused within 10 days of the order.
Since the offence is bailable, accused is admitted to bail subject to
furnishing of bail bond for a sum of Rs.6,000/- with one surety of like amount. Time is
granted to furnish the same.
Be put up for framing of notice/ filing of bail bonds on 17.09.2026.
Let fresh court notice be issued to concerned SHO with a direction to file
the Death Verification Report qua the accused no.3 on or before the NDOH. Accused no.2
is directed to be physically present on the NDOH.
