There is pendency of more than 44,000 cases in the present court, therefore, it is not
possible to give shorter date in the cases.
Today, the undersigned is working as Duty JMFC.
Present : Ms Jemini Jaiswal, Ld. Counsel for complainant
alongwith AR.
Sh. Sreedass KP, Ld. Counsel for the accused no.2
and 3.
Matter is listed for further orders of the Hon’ble
High Court of Delhi qua accused no.2 and 3/ furnishing amended
memo of parties/ report on summons qua accused no.1 and 4.
Ld. Counsel for the accused no.2 and 3 has furnished
order of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in terms of which stay has
been continued qua accused no.2 and 3.
Tracking report furnished. Amended memo of
parties filed. Taken on record.
As per the tracking report, accused no.1 and 4 are
deemed to have been served with summons on 10.07.2023.
Despite service of summons, no one has appeared
on behalf of accused despite repeated calls since morning.
Accordingly, issue bailable warrants against the
accused no.4 for a sum of Rs. 10,000/- to be executed through
SHO concerned returnable to this court on NDOH, only after
filing of PF within 4 weeks.
Now to come up for report on B/Ws qua accused
no.4/ orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi, if any qua
accused no.2 and 3 on 29.01.27.
