present matter. Same be taken on record.

It is pertinent to mention that the pendency in this court is approximately
13500. Even on a daily basis numerous cases and miscellaneous applications are listed and
cause list is very heavy. It is on this basis that dates are given as per the roster.
In the present application, no ground is made out for preponement and in view
of the above discussion, the application is dismissed.
