Present: None for complainant.
Sh. M.K. Sharma, Ld. counsel for the accused along with accused.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that the mediation failed as the accused could
not appear in mediation due to an accident. He further submits that there are chances of settlement
in the matter and requests for one opportunity regarding the same.
It is to be noted that bail bonds have not been furnished as yet.
Accused is strictly directed to furnish the same within one week, failing which
adverse view shall be taken.
Complainant is strictly directed to appear on NDOH and pursue his matter, failing
which adverse view shall be taken.
Put up for report on settlement/framing of notice on 27.08.2024.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
