Proceedings are being conducted in compliance of Office
Order no. 896/RG/DHC/2021 dated 30.12.2021 and Office Order
No. 1/RG/DHC/2022 dated 12.01.2022 issued by Hon’ble High
Court of Delhi due to rise in Covid Cases.
Proceedings conducted through video conferencing via
Cisco Webex. It is certified that there was no issue of audio-video
connectivity.
Present: Mr. Manoj Kumar Pathy, Ld. Counsel for the
Complainant.
Accused along with Ld. Counsel Mr. Rahisuddin.
The Offence being bailable in nature, the accused is admitted
to bail subject to furnishing personal bond in the sum of the Rs.20,000/-,
with one surety in like amount. The Bail Bonds to be submitted in
scanned soft copy by the next date of hearing to be sent to official E-
mail ID of this court. Surety and Accused shall remain present at the seat
of the Reader on the next date of hearing subject to the resumption of
normalcy, for physical consideration of the Bail bonds.
Parties have expressed willingness to explore settlement in
the matter. At joint request matter is referred to Mediation Center, Patiala
House Courts, New Delhi District, New Delhi on 15.02.2022 for 2:00
P.M. Relist the matter for report before this court on 15.03.2022. Due to
uncertainty with respect to the physical opening up, at this stage the
parties are left to opt for physical /virtual mode, subject to prevailing
norms. Copy of this order be sent to Mediation for necessary follow up.
The physical filing in view of the above captioned directions
of the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi is presently not insisted upon.
