Present: Sh. Saharsh Johri, Ld. counsel for the complainant.
Sh. K.V. Gopi, Ld. counsel for all the accused.
Ld. counsel for the accused submits that the accused no.2 is unwell and
undertakes to move an exemption application forthwith. He further submits that he shall
appear on behalf of accused no.1 as well as accused no.3. That he could not contact accused
no.1, Bhawani Prasad, however undertakes to secure the presence of all the accused on the
NDOH.
At request, exemption is granted for today only.
Ld. counsel for the accused is directed to file vakalatnama on behalf of
accused no.2 and 3 and also personal bonds and surety bonds on behalf of accused no.2 in
the sum of Rs.80,000/- each. Surety to appear on NDOH.
Since the present offence is bailable in nature, the accused No.2 is admitted to
bail subject to furnishing of personal bond today.
Put up for compliance, exploring the possibility of settlement on 29.11.2022.
PA is directed to do updation of the case and upload the order as per rules.
