Present: Sh. Saharsh Jauhari, LD. Counsel for the complainant.
Ld. Counsel is directed to file legible copies of cheques in dispute,
partnership deed/ GST certificate of proposed accused no. 3 Partnership firm by the
NDOH. Ld. Counsel also undertakes to move an amended memo of parties by the
NDOH. Heard and allowed.
The complainant has been apprised of the requirement to submit the
complete original documents (in physical form) of the case including the dishonoured
cheque, return memo, demand notice, dispatch receipt, service of proof, reply, if any
etc. apart from physical signed original complaint, its supporting affidavit and attested
affidavit of pre-summoning evidence with the Ahlmad of this Court. Deposit of these
documents being pre-requisite for taking cognizance in the present case. The
complainant is directed to submit the mandatory Meta-Data form which is available on
