The Ld. Counsel for the complainant submits that there is another matter
between the same parties and with respect to the same transaction which has been filed first
before the court of Sh. Harjot Singh Ld. MM (NI Act), Digital Court-01, PHC, New Delhi.
The next date fixed before the said court is stated to be 07.07.2023.
He further makes an oral submission for transfer of the present matter to the
above-mentioned court. Heard. In the light of Sec. 142A(3) of the NI Act, 1881 the present
complaint stands transferred to the above-mentioned court of Sh. Harjot Singh Ld. MM (NI
Act), Digital Court-01.
The complainant to appear before the concerned court on 07.07.2023.
Ahlmad is directed to send this order-sheet to the above-mentioned court.
Reader is further directed to dispose of the case as ‘transferred’ from the CIS as per rules.
