Bail bonds qua accused no. 2 and 3 have been filed on the email id of
this court.
Same are not proper.
Let fresh bail bonds be filed on the NDOH.
Physical copies of the same be furnished within due time.
Ld. Counsel for accused submits that he has received the copy of the
complaint along with other supporting documents.
B/Ws issued against accused no. 4 vide last order received back with the
report “served”. Despite service none appeared on behalf of the accused. It appears
that accused is deliberately/intentionally not appearing before this court.
Accordingly, issue non-bailable warrants against the accused no. 4
through SHO concerned subject to filing of PF/FRESH ADDRESS OF THE
ACCUSED NO. 4 within 07 days by the complainant.
Renotify for report on NBWs/appearance of accused/framing of
notice/further orders on 19.05.2023.
Both the parties are directed to appear physically at remote point at
Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
